Society of Women Engineers (SWE)
The Montana Technological University student chapter of the Society of Women in Engineering (SWE) empowers all students to reach their full potential in careers as engineers, leaders, and other STEM fields. Our vision is to create a world with gender parity and equality in engineering and technology.

Activities
Annual WE Conference
The annual Women Engineering Conference is the world's largest conference for women in engineering and technology. Held nationwide, our members have traveled to Indianapolis, Houston, Los Angeles, and many more cities across the U.S. for this event.
SWEet Race
Our annual fundraiser 5k and fun run is held in October of each year. Half of our proceeds are donated to breast cancer research.
Professional Development
We host multiple panels and networking events to prepare our members for career fairs, interviews, and life after college.
Volunteering
Our club hosts guest-speaking events at local schools as well as participating in local and on-campus volunteering events.
